Incoloy 825 alloy welding material use introduction

Inconel 825 is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy containing about 42% nickel, 22% chromium, 3% iron, 2.5-3.5% copper, 0.6-1.2% titanium and other elements. Below are the details of Inconel 825:

Production Standards:
The production standards of Inconel 825 include ASTM B425, ASTM B423, ASTM B163, ASTM B704, ASTM B705 and so on.

Performance:
Inconel 825 has good corrosion resistance, including strong resistance to acids, alkalis, salts and other media, especially for sulfuric acid and nitric acid. In addition, Inconel 825 also has excellent high-temperature strength and oxidation resistance, and can keep its performance stable under high temperature and pressure.

Welding material grade:
Welding material grades for Inconel 825 include ERNiCrMo-3, ENiCrMo-3, etc. These welding materials have similar compositions and properties as Inconel 825, which can ensure the quality and performance of welded joints.

Uses:
Inconel 825 is widely used in petrochemical, marine engineering, chemical engineering and other fields. Mainly used in the manufacture of chemical reactors, heat exchangers, tanks, pipelines, valves and other corrosion-resistant equipment, but also used in the marine environment, desalination equipment, marine mining equipment.
